Service Description

These one-on-one sessions are specifically designed for YOU and your body. They will be catered to your fitness goals, whether those are to gain strength, flexibility, or lose weight. NASM's foundation is built upon safely and effectively assessing a client and then designing a fitness program based upon this. I have a wealth of knowledge to share with you that will help you to reach and maintain your goals. If you are pregnant, I can guide you through safe, effective workouts that will build your overall strength, strengthen the pelvic floor, and help to aid you in your labor. For postpartum women (no matter how many years postpartum), or anyone experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, I will design a program to fit your needs. Whether it be pelvic floor issues (prolapse, incontinence, weakness, pain, etc.), diastasis recti, or you simply want to gain strength, function and live pain free, I have the knowledge and tools to help. I can create a program specific to your needs after a careful assessment, and work with you to meet your health and fitness goals safely. This is a mobile service, and I come to you. We can utilize your home gym/equipment, or I can bring equipment to you. Price for single session: $100 *Minimum 8 sessions *If you pay for 8 sessions up front, you will receive a set of exercise bands to use for your workouts.
